PCX file is a widely supported graphic file format. If you print your NJStar document in this format, the output is sent to the disk as a graphic file, which can be sent to fax software later. You may also want this option if you want to export Japanese characters to other non-Japanese application software, since NJStar's native format cannot be read properly by them.
You can make two sizes of PCX files. From the main NJStar program (by either going through menu,í┌OUTPUT, CREATE PCXí█, or pressing <Shift F5>), you can create 16x16 bit characters. If you want higher resolution characters, use JIS2PCX.EXE, which will create 24x24 characters.
